Absolutely stunning and wonderful small hotel, perfect for us.
We loved this facility and would like to stay longer. The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautifully maintained. The food was superb and the location was beautiful.

Ja, the brekkie is unreal! Best hash browns I've had. They sorted a birthday cake for my partner without charging extra!
Only thing, some noise from building work outside, but they provided earplugs, so not a biggie.

The staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is good - you can see the Wavel and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the main square. The rooms are not huge but have everything you need, including a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. They will even change the acrylic duvet for a down or feather one if you request it!
Not really - the worst I could say is that you can hear a little tram noise in rooms on the outside of the building, but this would only concern very light sleepers. The famous cloth hall is under reconstruction right now, as are other buildings in the main square, which was disappointing and something prospective visitors should be aware of, but that had nothing to do with the hotel, which was a great match for what I needed.

If you care about efficient heating and functioning TVs, be prepared for potential hiccups!!! The gym could benefit from consistent maintenance of equipment to enhance workout quality!!!

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend and it more than met our expectations. We found it very comfortable and in a great location with river and castle views from the roof terrace and from our room. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had a great stay.

Great location and friendly vibes
We enjoyed our stay! Super close to the main square and a lovely walk along the river. The staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent but ran out of hot food during peak times, a bummer. The rooftop views were amazing! Just wish our room had a working exhaust fan for the shower.

Simply stunning and exceptionally clean place with very professional staff at reception desk. Quiet location so close to Krakov and Schindler's factory or even the Jewish district, could not be better. Also, in the lovely roof top restaurant.
